Well, I feel like Vader nerf with culling blade + Wat nerf in that the weapon mod doesn't ignore defense anymore outweight the effect the dots may have.

Yeah, either this or don't relic him up past r0 unless you are going for Jedi Master Kenobi (he's a r7 pre-requisite)
You can't gain TM, and the raid bosses strip all protection so all his techs are useless
Since I'm not going for Kenobi, Wat might remain at G11 even after 7*... I've been hoarding so much gear for when I had him 7* to relic him up straight away... sigh
