I'm farming RT for HAAT squad, Hoth Rebel Soldier, then Phantom II for regular energy.
Cantina goes to KRU, but if you don't have CHS at 5* then you need to farm him for TB. You need both Hoth Brothers and CHS all at 5* or better to get ROLO shards.
I have the Vets already so I'm not concerned about them anymore.
Once I'm done with KRU and get CHS to 7*, I'll work on SA and ST.
