I don't put speed on leia i go all out dmg with offence arrow and cross. I used the best mods I have that max dmg and health not speed. Leia is the only one that isn't fully geared, she is gear 10 missing to two cuffs. I can still get over 6 mil dmg. You just have to make sure she is stealthed coming out of topple.
