I disagree with your time frame here. For rancor you should run the highest tier your guild can beat in 48 hours, and for AAT/Sith the highest tier your guild can beat in 72 hours. You can't run raids more often than that, so there isn't any particular need to beat the raid faster than that. Take the highest rewards you can get in that time frame.
