Qi'ra with Dash is even better than anticipated
Dash is the first scoundrel who has multi-hits within his own kit aside from Qi'Ra herself, so he triggers her unique TM boost easily, yes.
But how many here did know that the TM boost procs per enemy taking critical multi-hits? Dash's AoE special, if it crits at least 2 of its 3 hits on all 5 enemies, gives Qi'ra a 15% TM boost x5, or 75% TM. This wasn't possible before because no scoundrel has the Ability to multi-hit on AoE's.
Qi'ra is an absolute must have with Dash.
