Question about Boba's payout...
The last ability under his contract states 3. Add payout: add defense penetration equal to 200% of Boba's defense penetration. It sounded pretty great, so I checked to see what his defense penetration...

The "Defense Penetration" stat under "General" is 0 for every single character. I really don't know why it's there.
When an ability states it affects Defense penetration, it actually means armor and resistance penetration. I have tested in GW with Boba and he definitely does more damage after payout--in fact lining up nicely with the calculations I did for what you would expect.
P.S., you wouldn't be able to see any difference comparing stat pages for two different players. Not only does the bonus come into play during the match, but he has to get his payout first. Your friend has a different value because of gear/mods.
