I'm trying to understand your question. If you were moved before the raid eneded you probably won't get the rewards. If the raid ended and they you were moved you would have gotten the rewards.
Raids have to modes normal which can consistent of different tiers and heroic. Normal has no time limit so guild can hit the raid for days before it falls. After the raid ends there is 55 minutes or so for people to finalize there run after that rewards get distributed.
In heroic you have two days to finish the raid if your guild fails to complete phase 4 in that time the raid ends you get no rewards and lose the coins you spent to open it.
