Starter guilds IMO are here to show you the ropes, but once you’ve learned them you need to advance yourself. A guild with similar GP and detail to the game would best suit you. If you are casual or serious there are guilds looking for players all the time.
Go to th guild recruitment section on the forums. I did it and joined a really fun casual guild. There are many out there.
