Question
How come when HK47 uses Havoc perk immediately after padme uses unwavering courage perk all of padme's squad gains the debuff tenacity down. Doesn't padme's perk resist "all" debuffs for 1 turn?

I've looked at the havoc perk description and it doesn't say "which can't be resisted" anywhere or on any other perk regarding tenacity.
I just found it strange that td is the only perk not being resisted, which doesn't help my kenobi who's tenacity is at 120%.
I think the description is misleading but I'll get over it.
Just reminds me of bobafetts perk "Execute" if the enemy is killed they cant be revived unless your NS zombie of course.
