If you had a Zeta on Vader's lead you could probably solo the whole thing easily with:

Nihilus
Thrawn
Tarkin

You also have Palpatine but Nihilus is higher gear and more sturdy.
Also, CLS inflicts Tenacity Down so doesn't need the +potency cross.
I'd throw a +offense cross on with extra speed instead if you have one floating around.
