Quick question about Thrawn and Daze
So with zeta(unique) Thrawn and fracture whenever an ally uses a special ability he loses tm. Daze states it only prevents gaining tm, so if a Thrawn is dazed will he still lose tm?

Definitely. Daze is a debuff preventing characters from reaching their turns quicker. It won't impede effects that slow character turns down a couple of notches.
