Quick question regarding General Grievous stars

Apologies if this has been answered at length, I went through several pages of search results and couldn't find the answer. So with GG costing the earth to unlock at 4*, I was suprised to find his 5th...

Same as all characters. 6* is 85, 7* is 100.

All characters cost the same to unlock and star up.

To unlock:
1* takes 10 shards
2* takes 25 shards
3* takes 50 shards
4* takes 80 shards
5* takes 145 shards

To star up:
1*- 2* is 15 shards
2*- 3* is 25 shards
3*- 4* is 30 shards
4* - 5* is 65 shards
5* - 6* is 85 shards
6*- 7* is 100 shards

GG unlocks at 4* so he takes 80 shards to unlock. 1* is 10, plus 15 shards for 2*, plus 25 for 3*, plus 30 for 4* equals 80.
