You rank in top-50 fleet (sometimes in top-20) and have a nice crystal income from there. Whatever legendary character, you choose to farm for, I would recommend going all-in on farming bountyhunter ships to at least 5* to unlock HMF to stay competitive (and maybe even be more competitive) in fleet arena.
Also I would recommend getting your NS and ewok strong enough to do the Wicket/Talzin events. You might as well grab those 2 x 10 free shards every month.

At your stage, you have several different routes to choose from, depending on your goals:
- The ewok -> C-3P0 route. C-3P0 is a great addition to your CLS trio in arena/TW/GAC (and also other teams). Ewok are mediocre for TW/GAC.
- The OR -> Revans route. Both Revans are great for arena/TW/GAC. JKR is great for STR - DR is ok. Some of the OR characters are great for TW/GAC - and some for arena as well (f.ex. Jolee, Bastilla x 2, Zaalbaar).
- FO -> BB-8 and Resistance + veterans -> JTR. It's a long farm, but JTR is still viable for TW/GA, she's great for hSTR p1 and coupled with C-3P0, she and BB-8 form the base of a team that solo hAAT.
- Phoenix -> Thrawn and Rebel Ships -> Chimaera. Thrawn is still one of the single best characters for TW/GAC.
