So on swgoh.gg mechanics, the bonuses seem to make sure a character doesn't already have the tags they respectively apply. So I would say they don't stack.

And while there are many problems and inconsistencies with the game text, and it doesn't say "the first time he takes damage," or something similar, I believe Chewbacca was released after they made a form resolution to add "stacking" to all stacking abilities.
