As I love to raid I want to focus on Rancor Heroic team now when my scoundrels are finished. I'm not even close to zeta, so zader is out of the question. But what about Teebo(L), Jyn, Phasma (or baze)...

You dont need zader nor any zeta to solo the rancor...
The team you said can do it, there are dozens of screens in the forum with that and similar teams
The best one is a rebel team, wedge (l) biggs and jyn are the core, 4th spot use bistan (or teebo or chirrut, teebo can lead if you want) and as 5th cassian (or tfp or dengar)
