Really unsure how to allocate resources with my current teams

Good feedback in here guys, thanks.

How should I allocate skill materials? Right now Bariss and Asajj are my leaders but I don't know if they'll continue to be, so maybe I should hang onto them? Or if I'm going to start plowing resources into IG86 then maybe he should get them?
