To add R1 rebels can stack multiple exposes because of Jyn lead and the fact that Cassian can apply multiple debuffs at once.
Resistance abilities, except Poe, that apply expose also do damage so the damage would/should trigger any exposes already on the opponent and then they should have re-applied expose. The not re-applying of expose is what was deemed a bug previously and now deemed to be not possible with resistance.
