returning players and needing advice from the community

TL;DR - I've just been in contact with EA support hoping that I could be moved to different PVP/ships arena shards. They say they can't do that. I think they should be able to and they should do it in...

Absolutely bizarre request.

Glad they said "no". And clearly, they were never going to say any different.

"I didn't put the effort in but still think I deserve to be in a different shard..."
