returning players and needing advice from the community

TL;DR - I've just been in contact with EA support hoping that I could be moved to different PVP/ships arena shards. They say they can't do that. I think they should be able to and they should do it in...

I would never restart. Especially if you spent money.

Anyway, soon will be hard to break top 100 without being in a HSTR guild, no matter how many crystals you have or when you started. Many arena shards are kinda dead above top 500 anyway and if you have half a brain you can get above that. Just my personal opinion.
