returning players and needing advice from the community

TL;DR - I've just been in contact with EA support hoping that I could be moved to different PVP/ships arena shards. They say they can't do that. I think they should be able to and they should do it in...

Oh! If you have her unlocked already, I don't se any reason to start over on a new account. You will soon have a full jedi team. It won't get you into top 100 just yet, since they will need gear and mods, but it won't be long. If you get into a decent guild, you will be on your way to unlock GK in 10 weeks and HY as well.
