Rewards and reworks?
Ever 7 star a character just for it to get reworked and loose 3 to 4 stars on it and only get 1500 purple shards it's not a fair trade at all I rush to get the new characters only to have them stolen away

Can you give me one example of when this has ever happened?
Yes this is a big problem and is why many people will not buy characters it ends up being a waste of time and money and the rework rewards are not enough to get the characters back where they was
Uh, no? They don't take away your progress on a character because of a rework as far as I'm aware. What are purple shards? Do you mean chrystals?
