True RNG will be the determining factor in many matches. Also it depends on how old the server is. In mine I hardly see any Rey. The most popular teams in my shard is QGJ teams and most of the time the opening move kills my IG88. That was the reason I replaced IG88 with another hero. RG takes longer to farm than Poe. I'm still using Poe as my RG is still 2*, not viable in arena. When my Poe exposes I use GS to one shoot most characters.
