"Rogue One" Vader - can we have him please?

Vader, in his current SWGOH form, is pretty irrelevant. The poster boy of Star Wars a B- or C+ character. Can we please have a better iteration of this iconic character?

Just out of curiosity, is there any evidence that the Vader we have now is not R1?
