Seems like a bug
In the krayt raid, if a one of the guys with bounty hunter's resolve is swallowed, it gets removed when you get him out. I've noticed this through 2 raids now.

the krayt's swallow text reads that it "removes all status effects". as it is not a dispel, even locked buffs get removed. the first time it happened to me, i was a bit upset. but then read the ability text and it made perfect sense.
