Shaak Ti after GAS

I've seen folks slot her into the Padme team instead of C3PO.

Depeding on the quality of defense I face in GAC, I will often times split the 501st between her and GAS. Most NS i find can be undersized with GAS/Arc/Rex quite easily, and Shaak/echo/fives/other clones is still a decent team to cleanup a b squad with.

I used her in place of Ahsoka to mirror a Padme team this GAC. Ahsoka is a bit of a liability in a mirror match, and Shaak's dispel on basic helps fill that void.

In some GAC situations, you can still run her as lead of a clone team and use GS to solo another.

All of the above. Plus this suggestion really depends on your roster - I run her as lead with Sarge, Cody, and two GR Jedi. It is by no means an elite meta squad but people either trip up on it or I can use it as a solid offensive team.

If I don't have a place for Bariss she goes here, other options include Aayla for the counters and stuns, QGJ for assists (which will heal the clones) dispel, TM stuff, etc; and a tank so Plo or Mace. On their own they act as pretty terrible tanks, but with Shaak Ti if she calls them to assist with the first special they taunt and can function well enough.
