My Shaak Ti is g9+3 (none of the kyrot$ch) with unique zeta and 6x gold 5 dot mods, comes in at 17,745 gp, so that's about the minimum you can do to her to qualify her for the event.

That's good info, thanks! It's going to be useful to a bunch of different people. You might actually start a thread where you talk about what minimum gear/abilities get you to 17,700 so that this information doesn't get lost...

GAS, Rex, Fives, Echo, Ahsoka.

Shaak Ti, Sarge, Cody, Arc, Zarriss.

If you want Shaak Ti to be useful, she can be useful.
