Shaak Ti to g13/relics. Is it worth it?

Meta gurus will correct me on team efficiency, but whenever I see a question like this, I struggle not saying, "if you have to ask, maybe there's someone you'd rather build?" It’s not a case of something I’d rather build more a case of resource management which is key to this game. Wasted resources only punish you that’s why I’m asking. She’s not a terrible toon and kit is alright but she is not meta but has her uses. So question is have I taken her far enough to be useful without wasting resources/gear?
No to G13 on Shaak Ti if you are worried about resources.
Why?
1. You have her sufficiently high to get GAS.
2. Unless more clones are released other than ARC trooper, she is a placeholder leader until GAS.
3. She does work in a Padme team, but Ahsoka would be better once ARC is released.
Maybe we get 1/2 more clones (other than ARC) or 1/2 jedi that synergize with her when LS TB is released? In that case she may be worth g13 at that time.
Or maybe in the future if there is a mission in LS TB or a raid where her lead is superior to GAS, then she may be worth it...
I guess it depends on which toons OP plans to run with Padme. If R2 and 3PO are needed for CLS, he's left with GK and Anakin plus two out of Ahsoka, GMY, Shaak Ti and Barriss. Ahsoka and GMY would probably be the best choices, but if GMY is used elsewhere I'd pick Shaak Ti over Barriss.
