Shaak-ti,501st and R2
when r2 is sharing his bonus with the team does shaak-ti's leadership factor in or is it based before her multipliers ?

%x are calculated from same base. Base is stats after mods (what you see in character page).
Leads and uniques that affect same stat are added together before calculating the resultant bonus.
Then the linear results from %s are added together with +× bonuses.
Example:
Say R2 has 30k health and it is the only rebel on group, there are 3 clones as other members and Shaak Ti has 20k health
His unique gives him 10%
Shaak Ti lead gives him 45%
The +10% and +45% are added, resulting +55% which is 16.5k
R2 final max health is 46.5k, then 10% of this value is passed as +× bonus to the others: 4.65k (added after Shaak Ti 45% max health bonus was calculated)
Shaak Ti would have: 20k +45% = 29k then R2 adds +4.65k for a total of 33.65k
