Should I save up for Negotiator or just buy shards whenever I can?
I've heard of a number of people saving up their valuable currencies rather than than spending it as soon as it comes in. Anybody have strong feelings on this?

If you save up enough for the unlock and 7* , while you are waiting for store refreshes they could release a new ship or toon . It's less likely but saving till you have enough and spending as you go normally achieve the same outcome .
