You can follow guide made by intimidation, I think he is doing a good job. You can also find good sources on youtube as well. Most important things at your level are in my opinion:
- Get a 7* toon to join heroic raids if you don't have already
- Find an active and high gp guild does heroic raids and get good results on territory battles and wars,
- Focus on ships to unlock zeta ability challange at level 78,
- and have fun :)
