There's actually 8 units it won't work on if you include Ben Solo (while Rey is above 50% Health)
There's actually way more units than that if Ben is present and all allies are LS (for the first turn).
Also if in Grand Arena with the omi present and if GL Rey is in the leader slot AND if Ben revives on the enemy leader's turn.
