Sith Eternal Emperor useless?

can't believe i wasted time getting him as my first GL..................

is there any way to make him better or competitive?

Using him as lead, vader, revan, malak, and emperor palp

To reinvigorate the "SEE needs a buff" thread, if he can only be tweaked so that he doesn't wait for a turn to use his ultimate.....
