Sith Trooper speed gain under SLKylo

Question

So I must be missing something in someone’s kit, but I’m facing Sith troopers that are outrunning my characters, even when my speed is significantly higher. Most recently, I fought a Sith Trooper whose speed was 199. He gets 30 speed from Kylo’s lead, which puts him at 229. I have my bsf at 305 speed, and she is still getting outrun by SiT. Can anyone explain to me the interaction that’s causing this?

He's either taking a bonus turn because you've killed someone, or someone else you haven't mentioned is giving him speed or TM.

No one was killed, so that’s not it. Team comp was SLKylo, Hux, SiT, kru, malak. I was using Dr, bsf, Han, gba, Thrawn.

Turn order went as follows: Han stunned Hux (preventing him from swapping turn meter), kylo went, then my dr went, then his malak went, then his SiT went. I don’t understand how the SiT gains the turn meter. I’ve read through the kits and haven’t found anyone who would boast his TM

Best way to solve this is to show the video. Otherwise it's just guessing, but most likely you missed some step.
