It's going to stay the way it is.
They played around with it that way but felt this setup is more ideal and added the additional WB to his unique. They want to keep the element of counter strategy and minimize him being killed off before activating WB, which was an issue before the bonus turn was added.
I see now that having no bonus turn during set up could be a problem but I still think 75% makes it activate too soon, worse when attacking squishier characters. Did they try to see if 50% instead of 75% while in disciplined set up worked better. It would still be able to minimize him being killed off while giving him just a bit longer to get at least 1 or 2 more stacks of WB. 75% is great for any other point in the battle but when you need your team to get AoE’s off to generate stacks that ability triggering too fast isn’t good.
I understand there are many possible combinations of what it could be, and no we didnt go through the details of what they tried.
This is the setup they decided on for the reasoning I shared. They have no intention of changing it.
Except why have 20 stacks max when at times you can’t even reach 10 or the only extra WB you get is the one from the unique. That greatly reduces his killing capability. I don’t want to have to take Han and chewie out of a CLS squads to be able to consistently beat some of the better squads(I’ve seen CLS beat some of those already). He’s the one legendary who’s a little underwhelming but as I’ve noticed it’s mainly because of the unique preventing him from getting the damage output you’d expect due to the unique triggering quickly therefore limited stacks of WB.
If they changed that ability so he’s a little more consistent with his damage people may be more willing to get him(I’ve seen people say because of this GC issue they have zero interest now)
