Hey guys, I'm going to be recording all arena matches until it happens again, but occasionally my SLKR stun doesnt apply to anyone on a DR team (DR, DB, MALAK, ST. HK)I've been reading through the kits and I just dont see any reason why this should be happening. Anyone else experience this bug?

Where in that debuff is it stated you cant land debuffs on others? Cuz I'm not seeing it...
