I think the main reason to do this with STHan isn't so that his taunt lasts longer but more so that he goes just slower than any QGJ and thus gets off his taunt for at least one full turn. With that in mind, you probably want him around 140-145 speed and you have to design the rest of your lineup to be able to operate without the STHan TM boost first turn.
