I think / hope it's just a bug. It happened twice to me - once cleanse is triggered, once in a while a dot remains. I had two different heal blocks (from Sid) not getting cleared, and one slow from Phasma. I wonder if there is an internal limit also to his ability. Since I still use him in rotation and just got him to gear 6 (gear 7 requires huge number of purple mats), I will pay more attention to his debuff ability.
