All low potency toons who require potency to be effective, and for @Baldo, FOTP. And to be honest, I'd like to see a boost with FOTP. I hard farmed that sob from 3* to 7*, and would like to see his true potential. (Don't tell @baldo I said this though)
I also think Rey needs a little bit of a buff, too. Maybe give her the ability to stack stuns for each attack on furry of blows.
