I also think Rey needs a little bit of a buff, too. Maybe give her the ability to stack stuns for each attack on furry of blows.
@1AmYourFath3r LOL you told me. I think that if they give him about 70 % potency and maybe 10% damage he will be good again. I have never seen him inflict Health down before and it would be nice to see :D.

Haha... Yes, Rey was most definitely a joke. I think a potency buff would be acceptable. I think I've only seen health down once - against guard in phase one tier v. I think I have slightly higher success with offense down. I've had magma function at a higher rate with his tm reduction.
