A valid concern, with some straightforward answers - either confirm via chat that everyone is done, or play it safe and don't post damage until moments before the hour-long, post raid completion prize allocation window is due to close. No one misses out on running the raid the way they so choose.
Suffice to say each guild will manage things in their own way, relative to their tier and effective player base. I am in an exceptionally well organised guild that has no problem with these kinds of achievements, so long as it's done sensibly and you're not posting damage ahead of everyone and effectively closing the tiers/raid ahead of time. Though I would posit "don't be a twat about stuff like this" should be as inherent as "do not go around randomly slapping people".
