Thanks to your post I decided to try this. Finally having an actual weekend to dedicate to raiding I had enough time unlike the usual, having to stop for work.

My ending wasn't as exciting as yours, probably due to RNG favoring me. I had to revive 3 characters during P4 (Rex, Qui-gon, Teebo).
I gave my guild a warning before I finished the last %. And I'll probably never do this again unless required as it took over 3 hours. I even fell asleep between since we start at 5am in my time.
Relevant statistics below. I feel speed is pretty important so I've listed it as well.
Teebo - 98.41% potency / 164 speed,
Qui-gon - 105.76% potency / 220 speed
Fives - 68.79% potency / 154 speed
Rex - 79.41% potency / 185 speed
Ewok Elder - 145 speed
A while back I recorded about 200 attempts at turn meter reduction from Teebo while stealthed vs the Rancor with 87% potency. I was at a figure close to 66% success rate. So figure what you will with this small sample. I suspect this means due to a minimum of 15% resistance the cap amount should be close to 107% ?
The rancor resists a lot less in the last phase so this turned out easier than I thought. The only thing I'd improve in my team is probably my Ewok Elder speed and the team's overall damage, so that the raid will end quicker.
