againts JKR magna usually get stunned by yoda, bastilla or Revan. so magna gets a bonus turn but it is stopped by stun (stun =skip 1 turn).
for the nute question, yoda doesn't get bonus turn, rather it takes an other turn immediately, so behaves differently than what you would expect. I know it sounds weird and not intuitive on EA 's part, but that's what happens.
