Very interesting. I'm not seeing how they can advance in the game that way. They miss out on a lot of toons besides GL's without going to g12 or g13. Back when tb was new, I bloated my roster for that game mode. At this point, there was no point in changing, so I gear every new toon to g8 at unlock, even if I'm not going to use them. I can't imagine not taking top toons past g11.
