When you look at the sector bonuses for the enemy it will always be a range like 20-40% and I don’t think it’s static for any particular battle so one fight it might be 22% and the next battle might be 27%. CG as far as I know has never stated the starting stats or exactly how those bonuses work so I’m guessing but I have noticed the same thing as well.
