Speed Kills - How to Find the Best Speed Mods

Speed is a constant pain in the rear. You have a team that is more powerful than the same 5 toons in the Arena. You face off and the more powerful team wins, right? No, the auto-play team which is 2k weaker kicks your butt. Why? Speed.

Actually, the only assumptions made were that a; each secondary stat has an equal chance to upgrade, and b; the amount each stat upgrades by has no weighting involved.

I didn't calculate the chance to get a specific mod when farming because of the amount of assumptions needed to do so. It's also why I recommend buying viable mods from the store - because even without weighting (and anecdotally, they are weighted), there are too many variables involved to have any worthwhile chance of getting what you want.

So, for all of the mathematicians in the group, are we good on the numbers now? Obviously the numbers are what the yard - the goal of this is to help all players understand the best strategy for finding the best mods to help up their speed. I am confident that this gaol was indeed accomplished.
