Speed mod tier 3 advices?
I am farming resistance toons to get 5 tier speed mods now but i am not sure about star and gear requirements. Is 7 star needed for all of them? Can it be done with 4 toon or gear 8 only? I hav...

I'm not really sure it's worth it tbh.
Speed mods are only with it IMO if you get it on primary (arrow mod) and as secondaries. You spend 4 slots set bonuses on getting something that could have been 20% more crits or 30% more crit damage and trade it for 10-15 speed. The primary +30 speed you get from the arrow is great however, and some mods can have a lot extra speed too. I think it goes up to 10 on secondaries.
It's IMO not a good trade unless you are going for something very specific.
