Speed mod tier 3 advices?
I am farming resistance toons to get 5 tier speed mods now but i am not sure about star and gear requirements. Is 7 star needed for all of them? Can it be done with 4 toon or gear 8 only? I hav...

I already have lots of Health mods and as i said my team already have good health. And i cannot see any benefit of other mods to that team. More speed is more useful to me rather than health and speed. Maybe potency is good but speed is still more important imo.
