Speed up on Thrawn
Any advice on how to mod Thrawn to get his speed up? I'm sitting around 178 speed (7*, g12) but can't seem to get my 5dot mods to do the trick.

Most people want Thrawn fastest, to either fracture or swap TM to the toon you actually want going first. So, as fast as possible.
