Speedown
Is speeddown always the same? Ive been using fives in raids for speed down and the captain was indeed slow. Now i put dengar and phasma in and pig captain seems really faster now with speeddown above ...

I know what you are talking about. I also had sometimes the feeling stat speed down by e.g. fives had more effect than speed down by phasma.
But my explanation so far: Your were (and me too) once very lucky (or unlucky) with teebo leader skill. I think what happened is that in the one case all of your toons just got these +25% TM at the end of their turns more or less every time, whereas the other try (with different speed down applied) they just didn't received this bonus. Which in turn just seems as the speed down acts differently.
