- Da_BauersNew SpectatorKeeps whoever you fractured fractured longer. His 100% counter will stun quite a few when combined with several troopers inflicting ability block. With how fast you can use specials, and Snow potentially using his every turn, I'd say E&F is worth it.
- If you have veers zeta you should zeta Stark. Reason? You can use troopers to win mythic defense of dathomir for 4 zeta pieces a month. Also the ewok event mythic. Youcan hang 40-60 in arena with veers stark snow death and range.
Thwy eat sisters alive on auto.
They are super fun

Neither of these require Starck's zeta, not even close.- Run imperial troops in arena have Stark dt veers and gar all zeta. Stark and DT are the least needed to make the team work. If you have a Stark with 270 +speed then the zeta becomes more worth it as he needs to take alot turns for it be really effective.
Don't even bother with storms zeta unless you really want to. - I’d definitely go with thrawn over stark. Ebb and flow is solid, it’ll keep the enemy fractured forever and the extra tenacity and counter chance are huge. Who is in your arena? If there’s a lot of rebels with chewie I wouldn’t use troopers...

Why do I always see people saying this about the Ebb and Flow zeta? It helps counter any TM gain on fractured enemies, but it has no effect on how long they actually stay fractured.
Edit: Actually, I suppose it could have the opposite effect if the 50% tenacity boost prevents any TMR used against Thrawn.

Here, I'll get it for you. Can't make it any more clear, as I've even bolded the part that KEEPS THEM FRACTURED LONGER that's added by the Zeta:
"Thrawn has +100% Counter Chance, +100% Tenacity, and -50% Speed while any enemies are Fractured. Whenever another Empire ally uses a Special ability while Thrawn is active, that ally gains 15% Turn Meter and, if any enemies are Fractured, Thrawn and Fractured enemies lose 15% Turn Meter."
Seeing as how all Imperial Troopers are Empire faction, and Snowtrooper can reset his special cooldown, and they're all really fast when enemies are dying, yes you can keep someone fractured longer. - I personally don't have either of Thrawn's zetas. Unless you are fighting an AOE team it takes him out of the fight too long. I prefer he takes more turns. Thats just my personal opinion though.
- Why would you want that? Thrawn's single greatest strength is to take a toon of your choosing out of the battle entirely. I want that to last as long as possible.
- I have a zeta on my starck and I don't regret it. If you plan to go all in on troopers it's worth it but it's more of a luxury zeta. Thrawns unique is way better if you don't have it I would go that route first
